The conversion and revitalization of the aging, industrial Riverfront Area to a mix of residential, retail, business, professional and recreational uses has long been the vision and intention of the Township. This vision is set forth in the Township's Comprehensive Plan adopted in 2002. Bensalem's 4 mile span of the Delaware Waterfront will allow the community to prosper for years to come.
